Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery – Please allow up to 1-2 working days. Next-day and Saturday delivery are available at checkout.

International Delivery – Please allow up to 7 working days.

IMPORTANT
Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check over the product once the delivery arrives and make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage.

RETURNS
If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied then please contact us at info@etier.com so we can arrange the return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
